Why Velo?

Velo Creative was formed by Kris Hawkins, a Northampton born graphic designer with a real passion for design….and cycling. His almost 20 years in the design world has taught him a lot and he decided that a “client first” business was what he wanted to create.

“Velo” is the French word for bicycle, and Kris could see the comparisons of going for a great ride and navigating the business world.

Since starting Velo, Kris has been lucky enough to partner with some hugely talented local creatives, who he has combined with. In collaboration they have been able to create a single point of contact for design, photography, copywriting and marketing.
